Located in Tenente Valadim Street, once called Gárfias, it was inhabited, in the second half of the 18th century, by Dr. Manuel de Gárfias.
In the beginning of the following century it was inhabited by Majorat Francisco de Paula Sárria and his descendants.
This baroque construction was built in the second half of the 18th century; it’s a two floor building topped with cyma mouldings and eaves. The noble level has eight stonework consoles on the balcony windows. The wrought iron railings display 15 props.
The ground level spans were almost entirely altered due to the several shops that operated in the building.
The private chapel has been desecrated however the dome and remaining roof slabs are still standing.
